| Black-necked Swans, Cygnus melancoryphus |
This afternoon I spent an hour at Arundel WWT. Enough paths
were open now that flood levels have subsided to enable me to walk all round the
reserve. It was good to see the family of 8 black-necked Swans in adult livery.
I recall seeing tiny fluffy cygnets in June. The Harlequin Duck was shovelling his
beak into the waterfall and the birds at the feeding station gave me a lively
show.

Leg and foot growths can have number of causes: A Virus, Fringilla papillomavirus, mites of the genus Knemidocoptes and bacterial infection of wounds.
