On Friday I visited Arundel WWT. This morning we had
a wonderful mackerel sky sunrise and after giving Sue a lift to her meeting I visited Arundel WWT. All the paths were closed. I then walked round Swanbourne Lake and spotted a couple of Little
Grebes fishing and a Cormorant resting in a tree. To my surprise Mark turned up after he found Pagham Harbour too crowded so we walked along the path by the creek leading to the River Arun. Another Cormorant was fishing there. Our walk back along the other side
of the creek was thwarted by the flooded path so we had to retrace our steps,
making me late to pick Sue up from her meeting.
